Our Story

Clay Art Originals was founded by Nebraska artist Renee Fink, who has been sculpting with polymer clay for over 25 years. What began as a creative hobby gradually evolved into a deep passion for crafting detailed, whimsical designs that honor both artistry and tradition.

 As a lifelong Nebraskan, Renee draws inspiration from local pride, community traditions, and the enduring spirit of the Huskers®. That inspiration comes to life in every hand-sculpted gnome, ornament and wearable jewelry. Each piece tells a small story of creativity, dedication, and Nebraska heritage. 

Clay Art Originals is proudly a one-artist studio. Every design—from the initial concept and sculpting to the final detailing and polishing—is created entirely by Renee Fink.
This hands-on process ensures exceptional quality and attention to detail, making every piece truly unique and one of a kind.
